Hi! That’s another month in the books — a very warm month at that.
The biggest news out of this month is that I’ve automated much more of the Philly and RVA Tech Calendars, putting them on a brand new platform: https://calendar.city. The PTC and RVATC that you know and love are still there with the same ethos, but now you can also browse paid events and online events. Check it out!
This month was seemingly the month of museums. I went to the Frieda Khalo exhibit at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the Valentine, and also a brief jaunt down to Norfolk to visit Nauticus and the USS Wisconsin. The Wisconsin was particularly fascinating; if you’re ever in the area, you should check it out.

music
Another super long “new music” playlist, and this one kind of walks all over the place — hopefully the blend from an almost hardcore rock, to more gentle melodic energy, to fully electronic music doesn’t feel too abrupt to you.
books
This month, I finished 2 books:
- The Lost Metal by Brandon Sanderson
- The Bands of Mourning by Brandon Sanderson
I’m currently reading Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton. I’m really enjoying it — and trying very hard to separate the art from the artist and not think too much about State of Fear.
stats
This month:
- I typed 857,302 keys and clicked 114,800 times.
- I listened to 1,406 songs.
