Some macOS applications are well known and I just cannot remember their names. Others are maybe well-known to others, but I can seriously never remember their names. This is a list of some of those; at least, the ones that I was able to remember.
- Disk Inventory X is a disk usage utility for Mac OS X. (Free, GPL)
- LimeChat is an IRC client. (Free, closed-source)
- MAMP is a cross-platform, free web development solution with Apache, Nginx, PHP & MySQL. (Free with a paid tier, close-source)
- Pika is an open-source colour picker app for macOS.
- TestFlight is the name for both the application and the mechanism for managing test programs like betas for macOS and iOS.
- ViDL — Download Web Videos Easily. (Free, closed-source)
